Reflection on the Election

What I thought about the election is this. I saw different biases like that Mc Cain is too old to be president and might die. I also thought that the propaganda was a little harsh like in the New Yorker magazine the cover had a cartoon of Obama wearing a Muslim outfit and burning the American flag. Some biases against Obama were that he had only been senator for two years and was not ready to be president. Second his name sounds Arabic and that he is a terrorist, thirdly he is an African American and some who racially discriminate may not feel that an African American should be a president. When Obama did his speech I felt excited that we had a president who knows what they are doing. What if he was related to Martian Luther King? It would make sense because they are both strong speakers, like when Obama said “change will come” at his speech.
